A: Delivery of dresses is as standard, 12 weeks, however during peak season i.e. Jul/Aug this period can be exceeded."
Q: What are the terms with regard to payment for my dress?
A: Upon ordering, 50% of the total cost is to be paid. The remaining balance is to be paid once your dress arrives from the Designer. However we are able to offer other payment terms. Please contact The Bridal Shop for further details.
A: Alterations are the responsibility of the customer, however we do have an on-site seamstress who is able to carry out alterations at reasonable costs.
A: When your dress arrives it is stored at the Bridal Shop until full payment is received. We can also offer you the option to store your dress until the week of your special day, if required.
A: Payment for sale dresses is to be made in full at time of purchase.
A: At The Bridal Shop we can accomodate most requests to attend an appointment out of hours. Please call for details.
